Daily Summary

I caught a quick pop in GWW when it broke 95 made $314. I also went long WWY right after it opened and made around $185. These 2 trades basically made my day. I traded a lot more shares later on but my net have not improved.

Hey, I want to thank you for trying out our SmartLinks on your site. We're beta testing new automatic SmartLinks on a few other stock blogs and am writing to see if you'd like to participate in it?

With the new SmartLinks you'll simply have to link to the stock's page on Google or Yahoo finance and the SmartLink will be automatically inserted. Nice, no? Drop me an email if you're interested.

About Me

I have been trading for 5 years. It took close to a year before I became profitable. I find that I am improving gradually each year. My method of choice is scalping. My edge lies in tape reading NYSE stocks and staying on the side of the specialist. That is the method I learned when I started. As I build up my capital I will try new styles and trade new markets. In late 2006 my trading hit a rough patch after the introduction of the NYSE Hybrid system. For most of 2007, I have been on a search for new strategies that would help me adapt to the market.
