After yesterday's loss I traded like a mouse today. I didn't have much confidence in my trades and took quick profits. Right after I got out of my AG short at 66.07 the stock drops 2 bucks. I had a good short in MR which worked out and I made $440. I was up a little over $700 at my high after my morning shorts and I just churned for the rest of the day. I got to work on managing my anger. I find myself swearing at my screen numerous times today when I had losing trades. I think my anger clouding my judgment. I am glad to make back a part of my loss from yesterday.

About Me

I have been trading for 5 years. It took close to a year before I became profitable. I find that I am improving gradually each year. My method of choice is scalping. My edge lies in tape reading NYSE stocks and staying on the side of the specialist. That is the method I learned when I started. As I build up my capital I will try new styles and trade new markets. In late 2006 my trading hit a rough patch after the introduction of the NYSE Hybrid system. For most of 2007, I have been on a search for new strategies that would help me adapt to the market.
