Daily Summary

I haven't posted for a week. I have hit a brick wall and I am trying to find a way around it. I did not lose any money but I did not make anything either. It seems like every day I had the chance to pocket $200-$300 but I end up making nothing because I held on too long. Today I had $300 in the pocket if I had closed my shorts in DHR and COL, but I held on until most of my gains are gone.

Dude I know your having a bad time of it. I am 30 and 0 in y last 30 trades. You got to pick a point and get out. It's like playing a game of poker you can only win whats in the pot even if you have 4 aces in your hand.

Stop by my blog and say hi.

About Me

I have been trading for 5 years. It took close to a year before I became profitable. I find that I am improving gradually each year. My method of choice is scalping. My edge lies in tape reading NYSE stocks and staying on the side of the specialist. That is the method I learned when I started. As I build up my capital I will try new styles and trade new markets. In late 2006 my trading hit a rough patch after the introduction of the NYSE Hybrid system. For most of 2007, I have been on a search for new strategies that would help me adapt to the market.
