Progress?

I made some money this week but every day was a struggle. I am still trying to find some kind of strategy which I can comfortably take more size instead of my 100-200 share positions. I think there is a light bulb that is flicking on and off in my head. I need to get it to stay on. If I can put all the pieces of the puzzle together I may make some progress. I just got to keep going.

I have been thinking of trying some chat rooms but just haven't taken the time to do so. Toni Hanson's chatroom is the first one on my list. She seems pretty knowledgeable.

About Me

I have been trading for 5 years. It took close to a year before I became profitable. I find that I am improving gradually each year. My method of choice is scalping. My edge lies in tape reading NYSE stocks and staying on the side of the specialist. That is the method I learned when I started. As I build up my capital I will try new styles and trade new markets. In late 2006 my trading hit a rough patch after the introduction of the NYSE Hybrid system. For most of 2007, I have been on a search for new strategies that would help me adapt to the market.
